Job Designation : Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Researches and verifies information on databases
• Takes escalated calls and catalog verifications
• Handles cash orders and deposits
• Communicates in writing to customers on orders for missing information
• Handles customer complaints and chargebacks via email and phone
• Processes and investigates report details
• Processes renewals, new orders and re-enrollment orders
• Performs filing and maintains files
• Fills out batch tickets to ensure proper charge of time
• Handles requests by mail for Clubs and Services
• Performs other duties as assigned
