Job Description :

• Be a pert of voice and email agents to resolve seller/merchant's queries
• Ensure all agents are properly trained on solving queries in the most optimum way
• Work towards setting up scalable systems (FAQ docs, ticket management software, audit, MIS) for expanding the team

• Graduate
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident individual who can work individually as well as in team.
• Computer Savvy.
• Excellent MS Excel Knowledge
