• Prepares the Statutory returns for client on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual basis.
• Address and resolve all queries on statutory returns and reports
• Assist in preparing the relevant Income Tax calculations, returns and payments for the company
• Prepares the relevant Income Tax calculations, returns and payments for client
• Prepares the reconciliation of Income Tax accounts
• Assists with the annual year-end external audit
• Assists with the resolution of external and internal audit findings
• Assists the statutory reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks
• Assists with the preparation of the consolidated Annual Financial statements
• Maintains the accounting records for certain subsidiaries
• Prepares the Annual Financial Statement for client
• Assists with the calculations associated with the requirements of the International Financial Accounting and Reporting Standards. This includes assisting with gathering and
• maintenance of information required for disclosure purposes.
• Preparation of Tax Audit Reports
• Knowledge on TDS, Service Tax,VAT etc.,
• ICWA Semi qualified.

Skills :

• Candidates with hand os experience exclusive in Statuary Auditing only.
• Candidates Core statuary Audit Experience Only.
